Create a 6-in-6 Executive Coaching Plan

Our 6-in-6 Executive Coaching Plans are driven by data.

We use the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) method to gather comprehensive data about the executive.

The LVI uses several factors and each one of them gets a value between -3 (under doing) to +3 (over doing). Having a value of zero (0), or close to it, is considered "balanced".
