We've been in your shoes. Our coaches have either held executive positions themselves or served as consultants to corporations. We have direct experience with the challenges executives encounter.

Life happens. While we follow the plan, we are ready to make course corrections and even pivot in new directions based on changing circumstances within the organization, team, or market. 

Survey 360. We start by examining the executive's current situation. Together with the supervising manager and the executive, we identify areas that need attention.

Pick 6. Most challenges and goals can be mapped to 10 areas. We encourage management and executives to select up to 6 that are most important to them.

Limit to 6. We've found 6 months is the ideal period to intensely  focus on improving the selected areas.

Plan. Using AI and human evaluators, we create the perfect 6-in-6 leadership transformation plan. We break it down by session and match the expert to the coaching required.

Act. We work together to implement the plan yet remain fully adaptable, ready to make adjustments as circumstances or priorities change.
